Operations Manager (Full-time)

We are looking for a new Operations Manager to join our team at our Sydney HQ. This is a pivotal role for a strategic operator who understands that 'good design' isn't just about how a product looks - it's about how it arrives, how it's stocked, and the systems that deliver it.


About the Role

We are looking for a strategic operator who understands that a premium product requires a premium supply chain. You will build the systems that allow our design team to thrive. Reporting to the Directors, you will take ownership of our operational infrastructure. This is a hybrid role for a 'systems thinker' who is equally comfortable presenting strategy as they are organising the warehouse floor.

Your responsibilities

  • Scalability: taking our operations from their current state to the next level of growth
  • Systems Architecture: Optimising our ERP, inventory management, and implementing AI-driven workflows to reduce manual handling.
  • Global Logistics: Managing end-to-end supply chain, from offshore factory negotiation to landed cost analysis and local warehouse management.
  • Physical Operations: We are a lean team. You will lead facility setup, WHS compliance, and yes, you need to be willing to jump on the forklift when the team needs support.

About you

We are looking for Operational Excellence. You are:

  • A builder. You have experience scaling small business operations and implementing SOPs from scratch.
  • Tech-native. Excel is your second language. You are proficient in inventory systems (Cin7/Shopify) and excited by the potential of AI.
  • Commercially minded. You understand the impact of freight, duty, and exchange rates on the bottom line.

Mandatories

  • You hold an open, unrestricted Drivers License
  • You are qualified to work in Australia, full time and unrestricted. Sorry, no working holiday visas!
  • This is a full-time role, based at our office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. It is not a remote role.
