Our Promise

Designed for a lifetime of ownership, we proudly take responsibility for the quality of our products. Not only do we design and engineer our products to meet high performance standards, we also submit them to rigorous testing to ensure their durability outdoors.

In the event that your product didn’t live up to our standards, we’ll repair it for you or exchange it for free, as covered in our Manufacturer's Warranty. While we can’t repair damage caused by wear and tear or misuse (our products aren't indestructible), we will always try to find a way to get your Basil Bangs back in order, which may be providing repairs to you at a reasonable fee.

Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, faded colours, or minor denting. Additionally, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way. Please check the user instructions for each product before you use it. If you don't have yours anymore (we get it, sometimes things get put 'in a safe place' never to be found again) they are available for download on the respective product page.
