OUR PROMISE

Designed for a lifetime of ownership, we proudly take responsibility for the quality of our products. Not only do we design and engineer our products to meet high performance standards, we also submit them to rigorous testing to ensure their durability outdoors.

All of our products come with a 12 month Manufacturer's Guarantee which protects you from faults and defects caused in the manufacturing process. We outline this in more detail in our Warranty, explaining what is and isn't covered for each particular product. In the event that your product didn’t live up to our standards, we’ll repair it for you or exchange it for free, as covered in our Warranty.

Our aim is for our products to have a long and wonderful life, so while damage caused by wear and tear or misuse isn't covered under Warranty, we will always first try to find a way to get your Basil Bangs back in working order, which may be by providing repairs to you at a reasonable fee. So before you despair (or throw anything in the bin!) please get in touch to see what can be done.
