Recently refurbished, The Beach Eatery at South Curl Curl Beach draws inspiration from the rich history and tight-knit community of the South Curl Curl Surf Life Saving Club, a local icon since 1918.
Perched above the golden sands of South Curl Curl Beach and nestled within the Surf Club itself, The Beach Eatery offers more than just a place to grab a coffee - it’s a welcoming retreat for locals keen to reconnect, kids looking for a treat, or fit folks keen for a healthy bowl.
In an iconic position, with direct beachside views, this dog-friendly café is the perfect post-swim stop, whether you've just emerged from the refreshing rock pool, finished a sunrise surf, or need a pick-me-up along your coastal walk.
Its previous iteration, Gusto, was a much loved local favourite. Cleverly, The Beach Eastery has not only kept the best sellers but build on them to feature bright mediterranean and middle eastern flavours. Think a loaded bacon and egg role with zesty relish, or a herby seafood aglio linguine for lunch. And now fully licensed and open for dinner, you can enjoy the full beach side dining experience, all day. Yes, chef!
The club has always been a place of connection and pride for locals, with many families having ties to it for generations. We’re proud to honour this heritage by creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
