    Umbrella heavy to push up

    I had to buy this umbrella as a replacement, then I was giving the replaced umbrella to a lady in her late 60's.

    Unfortunately she is neither tall enough, or strong enough to push it up into the fixed open position. Therefore she could not keep it. The umbrella is fine, but the opening of it is too much for some. Perhaps an explanation of this at the point of sale is needed.
