Commandeered from our commercial range and tweaked for residential use, our vintage inspired Jardin collection features a classical domed shape, luscious fringing and a generous 2100mm/7ft diameter.
Suited to everyday use on decks, patios, gardens and poolside.
I had to buy this umbrella as a replacement, then I was giving the replaced umbrella to a lady in her late 60's.
Unfortunately she is neither tall enough, or strong enough to push it up into the fixed open position. Therefore she could not keep it. The umbrella is fine, but the opening of it is too much for some. Perhaps an explanation of this at the point of sale is needed.
Hi Paul
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback.
We really appreciate you highlighting this, and we’ll take it on board. The Jardin umbrella uses a push-to-open mechanism, rather than the double pulley system found on some of our larger umbrellas, and we’ll work on making this clearer in the product description to help set expectations.
We’re sorry to hear it wasn’t the right fit in this instance. If there’s anything further we can help with, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you.
I love the retro vibe of my new spritz umbrella, colours are fabulous, looks so amazing in our courtyard.
